THERAPY SERVICES 

Individual Intake (60 minutes) - $175

Individual Sessions (45-50 minutes) - $135

Couples/Family Intake (75 minutes) - $260

Couples/Family Sessions (60 minutes) - $175

 

 

PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of the session and is preferred in the form of credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Cash is also accepted. 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be respectful of our mutual time invested in your process, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required prior to your session time. Without such notice, the full session fee will be charged.

 

 

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
 

   In-Network

We are in-network and accept the following insurance plans: ​

• Aetna

• CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

• Cigna

• Humana Military (TriCare)

• UnitedHealthCare 
   

Out-of-Network
In addition, as a licensed professional therapist, my provided services qualify for reimbursement under most other insurance plans for psychotherapy services.

 

These companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50%-75% of the cost per session.  

 

Please review your insurance benefits to find out what your policy covers for out-of-network reimbursement rates.  We will provide you with an invoice monthly that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
